Essential Tips for those who want to travel to Saudi Arabia

My brothers because of the sharp decline in the economic aspects  in a lot of our countries, millions of young people  race to travel to Arab countries, especially Saudi Arabia to open new doors for them  to escape the tragic situation in our home countries.

Therefore, the Saudi companies  reduced the salaries of the people who are interested in the newly coming in all fields due to this reason and for other reasons.

And not only companies, but also they played down the people  themselves real value as they deserve.

Therefore I thought in to make of a very small research within my spare time and I hope that everyone who reads this topic that he will inform every friend, or a relative or to post this topic or to publish it in all forums in the internet until it reaches the maximum of those who want to travel to Saudi Arabia.

Also I hope everyone who has a realistic example to reveal  what it will be listed and to send it to each one who wants to travel to Saudi Arabia.

Let me first clarify a few points:

1. The minimum amount required per month to the average standard of living for a single individual

Eating – at least  20 SR per day (Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner)
Water – at least 20 SR per month (4 vials)
Cigarette – at least 3  SR per day (approximately 5 caddy SR)
Others – at least 200 SR per month (treatment - Mobile - clothes - etc ......)
If the total is almost total SR 900 per month for a person who smokes and almost 800 SR to a non smoker .Knowing that there could be other expenses can happen, but I did not mention them because they differ from one person to another, Also these expenses for the ordinary person Mesh (Okil- Veilles) means.

2. the living place

If the company provides there is no  problem but if the answer is no ,here are the information:
Living
If the company will provide the living and without furniture so you If will need (bed - Cupboard - washing machine - refrigerator - cooker - Iron and - the kitchen needs - etc.)
if you want to buy new furniture in the range of  4000- 6000 SR
But if you want to buy used furniture ,it is  in the range of 2500- 3500 SR
All this without conditioning and it is in the range of 1500 SR  if it does not exist for every room of course. But if the company don’t  provide the living place  the single one will rent a flat contains  a room and a  lounge and kitchen in the range of 10,000 SR per year.
If its shared living place it will be in the range of 500 SR per month
The information in the status of your application instead of suitable living place.

3. Transportation 

in the kingdom there is no public transportation  only a small bus comes from time to time timidly, and can not be relied upon, Therefore you will ride a Taxi, and the lowest amount you'll pay 20 SR per ride. Therefore you can calculate what you need instead of the transportation
After what we have mentioned If living place  is furnished with air conditioning and transportation is provided by  of the company it can be an individual that needs 1100- 1300 SR per month
But if the opposite will require the individual to the 1800 - 2200 SR per month
So after a long search with all individuals and friends i can put a rational vision of salaries that are supposed to no one come from  our home country on less of them, and I appeal to my brothers as much as possible to publish these information because of its utmost importance.

Notice

1- Each salaries I am going to say  are about the recent graduates or two years of experience at the most

2- Salaries mentioned without housing allowance or transmission

3- Salaries mentioned without health insurance

The realistic salaries and should not be less than that
Engineers in  all different fields from  5500 - 7000 SR
land surveyors in all different  fields from 4000 - 5000 SR
pharmacists in all different fields from 4500 - 6000 SR
doctors in all fields from 5500 - 7000 Saudi SR
teachers in all fields from 3000 - 4000 SR
labor in all fields from 2500 - 4000 SR
Accountants, secretaries, agents  in all  fields from 3000 - 4000 SR

Funny salaries and its real and there are a lot of examples
Accountants  1200 SR
Engineers 1,800 SR
Physicians 2,500 SR
Teachers, 1,500 SR
Drivers 1,100 SR
Labor 700 SR

important note :

1. Indian engineer recent graduate refuses to come to less than 6,000 SR and provide everything described previously
2. Jordanians and Palestinians and Indians accountants they don’t come if its to less than 3,000 SR and provide everything described previously
3. Syrian and Lebanese, Indian and Palestinian salaries greater than the Egyptians and the reason relates to the Egyptian himself  because he  is more efficient than  all of them, but lacks the research and get the information before making a decision.

The first advice

If you're coming for working, make sure that your salary is good enough so you can save some money, otherwise what is the point of your leaving your home , your family and your business in your country  - a lot here working and living without any compilation of money .then what?!. .you have to ask for a good salary and calculate allowances and every thing , do not waive any of your rights in the contract .make sure that every thing is  clear from the beginning.

The second advice

Whenever you are young,  it is better (even though it is not the rule in all the jobs), try to travel before you got married. In case you are married , try to bring your family (See professions allowed to bring family).

Third advice

Relied on yourself and be confident about yourself.
Do not travel just because your friend there and he promised to help you, here you will learn how to self-reliance and will change a lot of concepts .. Life here will make you a man! .

Fourth advice

Work here requires to be smart than to be skillful in your work!
You may find here is that the work model is  somewhat different from your country . in order to succeed and ensure the continuing, you need to have your own style, especially in dealing with your manager, which is often a foreigner and the employer, which often must be a Saudi, you should succeeded in winning the confidence of them and this is more important than to be adept in the work!

Fifth advice

Do not drive without a license ..Start with the procedures for obtaining a license immediately after you get the residence permit.
Committed traffic laws there ..
You'll see beautiful cars and luxury ..don  think about them and put all your money as its price! .. if the company did not provide you with transportation ..you can buy a used car in good condition in order to safeguard your money and to avoid the big loss in the price of the new car when you want to sell.

I forgot to tell that a lot of people  there, especially teens driving the car recklessly so you have to be careful ..if you encountered one of them just keep away to the right or stop the car until he passes!
It really varies from one region to another ..you can ask me about  any region in this point.

Also bring  your home country's driving license ... sometimes you can drive using it until you get a Saudi license (if your country in the list of allowed country to drive in Saudi Arabia) . in all cases, it will reduce the duration that you need to get the Saudi license so brought it anyway.

Avoid going into the religious and political debates! .

Seventh advice

Try to keep your weight!
Because of the nature of eating there, rice, meat, chicken everywhere and affordable, so you must do sport , move and you can subscribe in a Fitness Club .

Eighth advice

Try to avoid dealing with the Saudis teenagers, also stayed away as much as possible to deal with women.

Ninth advice

If you got an accident, do not move your car until  the police or Najm company come. No need to scream or fabricate problems. Get off calmly and say hello to the other guy and say "Alhamdulellah".

 Tenth advice

Try to live in the city of Dammam , Khobar or Jeddah .
Sometimes crying in the beginning. Do not despair and be always optimistic.
You have to be patient to reach your goal in the end.
